Julia moved to D.C. in 2012 from New York, and has witnessed firsthand the transformation that the city has undergone during that time. Julia’s love for real estate stems from her own homeownership experiences and direct investing dating back to 2004. She values the role that real estate has, not only in providing a stable and engaging environment, but also in its potential to create wealth as a form of investment.
Julia received her degree in Business Economics from UCLA, with a dual minor in Accounting and Political Science, and started her career in public accounting in Los Angeles. She then pursued an MBA at Yale, followed by a position in real estate investment banking in New York, and most recently worked in private equity for commercial real estate development and investment firms in D.C. She is excited to leverage both her personal and professional background in helping her clients evaluate real estate options, and ultimately in identifying the home that best works for their priorities.
